Mission statement : The PLC Ready Association has been set up by leading companies of the home networking and residential electrical network to :
1/define and lead an European standard and labeling initiative
2/guarantee the best Power line Communication signal integrity within a private in - house electrical installation with its connected equipments to optimize the quality of services (QoS) for the end user and the service providers
Goals of the PLC –READY Association :
- To gather multiple and significant experts to define the « best design guidelines » for in-house electrical installation and its connected equipments , so as to optimize PLC signal integrity transmission
- To promote a label to apply to these electrical installations and equipments
- To promote this label and its guidelines to the Main European Association , Consumer and installer Alliances , ISP, VAR and utilities
